There are many ways to get involved at the Student Recruitment and Retention Center (SRRC).
Volunteer and Internship Program
The SRRC recognizes that the key to being a successful student-led center is the work of Very Important People (VIP) who assist us in completing our project work. We offer 3 types of opportunities for student leaders to get involved in educational equity work. We offer a formal volunteer internship program for community interns and transcript notation interns in Winter & Spring quarters. Applications open in Fall quarter. We also have opportunities for one-time volunteers year round.
Staff Opportunities
The SRRC hires for paid scholar staff positions for community programs, graphics & marketing, campus visits, and student assistants every academic year. Our scholar staff promote educational equity with student-led recruitment, retention, and community empowerment efforts. We hire for scholar staff positions every Winter quarter.
