The American Indian Recruitment and Retention program is dedicated to providing American Indian, Native American, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian, and Indigenous students inspiration, motivation, and information that will support their academic success through cultural relevant efforts.  For UC Davis current students, we strive to create a space where students can access resources and support services that will enable them to thrive academically, physically, emotionally, and spiritually without compromising their identity as Native and/or Indigenous people.  Our efforts aim to create and foster an empowering and welcoming environment for our current, incoming and future students by celebrating our beautiful and unique traditions and cultures.

Recruitment Efforts: Rancheria and Reservation Outreach Trips, Community Centers Outreach, Tutoring, and Annual Native Youth Conference.

Retention Efforts:  Native Welcome Orientation, Day of Indigenous Resistance, Native Leadership Retreat, Native Film Festival, Workshops and more!
